I copied an rmm power steering pulley and yes it was the same size as the oem pulley. Also yes it does power the supercharger, it's basically just double the size with a ridge in the middle. My setup produced boost just fine. |

I had my gs430 supercharged years ago. The kit I purchased was missing a bunch of parts so I found another local member with a kit and had a machinist measure and copy the major pieces. Plus I had the steering pump pulley custom made. I do believe I still have the shops number that made it for me. Worked perfectly and was fairly cheap to make. I also still have quite a few of the blueprints/measurements for the parts I had made for the rmm kit in a folder I just found while cleaning out my office. Maybe I can help you out.

Had to do some forensic style photobucket hacking to get some of the other pics I found to display. It's all good man, Some guys are long gone and this design is almost 20 yrs old. Time to move this template to metal.
took a bit of doing but I believe I got it. Gotta shape up a few areas but this part of the bracket is done. now onto the pulley bracket. |

Waiting on parts so I figured I start to fit the intercooler in.
Moved the A/C line, and started to come up with some bracketry to hold the IC in place. |

IC is in and secured. Waiting on bracket to get some final touches welded on gonna start to rout the piping. Looks like the washer reservoir is gonna need to get modded for a clean/snug fit.

Everything is looking great! Have you worked on the supercharger belt tensioner yet? I remember that being a crucial part to the SC kit. I found the blueprints for the one I had made. I can send it to you or attach it here if you would like.

Luck played a part; found a good used Vortech V2 S/C for around $600, Got a piggy back for an awesome price too. I'm gonna use Denso 440 OEM injectors that drop in. I bought the intercooler on sale durring back friday. The aluminum was under $200 pre cut for the V2. Piping $100 bucks on amazon for more than I need. Pulley was nothing. I had my cuz do most of the welding but I had to have some parts welded up here cause it would have taken to long to send and want for them to come back from Florida..lol. Most tools that I needed I bought from Harbor Freight. |

It aint pretty but the washer resevoir is done. No leaks. Now there is room for the piping.

This thing is finally done. It anit pretty eather but after cutting, chopping, grinding, sanding, shaving, etc. Etc. on this thing for a couple of months I'm glad to be at an install point. I can still feel my hands shake from the vibrations of electric tools..lol
Now to finish the piping. |

A little shaving here and there needed for the bolt holes to have em line up perfect but this thing is finally on. Piping is halfway finished too. Wanna get that finished so I can get the bumper back on get this thing back on the road and start stock data logging. Got the piggyback ECU; MAPECU 3. Makes me wish I lived closer to Jeff or Mike from FIGS since Mike sells the ECU now; Probably knows it inside and out. |
