Awesome build ! Can't wait to finally hit the track for the first time at the end of this month. Btw what octane is the vp racing fuel your using for your F, and how much are you mixing with 93 ?

So big two day weekend with Chin Motorsports at Pitt Race this weekend. My goal arbitrarily was to get the car into the sub 2:00 minute lap times. I was at 2:045 last year and this year I got down to 2:02X. Now this weekend it was hot in the lower 90s but I so close to the goal. I ran several 2:01X laps. Now this is still in sport mode so if I shut everything off I think it would give me the time that and cooler air for power. Now on a side note I have broken two wheel studs one while on the track so Ive ordered ARP studs all around. I had to do some sessions in my superhcarge FRS while the ISF was getting fixed. The best lap in the FRS was a 2:05 for reference.

Not sure if there are more vendors for them but that is what a quick google led me to.

lol So yesterday I had the pleasure to run a private track day with fellow club member 5ltrv8. It was at my home track Pitt Race and the weather looked pretty good. My last time I was there it was 90 degrees and I set a new PB of 2:01 so with temps being much cooler I was ready to get my 1:5X! I have had an issue previously with wheel studs breaking so I got a hold of some ARP studs to address the issue. So the shop through them on over weekend but a wheel speed sensor got damaged in the process. I usually run with sport mode and traction control on since I have a 2010 torsen differential. I figured it was time I learned my true skill level no ABS, no VSC and to Traction Control. Needless to say I was about 3-4 seconds off my PB and then there was this . . .

Yesterday was a blast Larry...look forward to many track days next year together
Can't believe how close you came to the wall! That must have happened right after I took off. Brakes locked up?
I hope all is well with the beast!
