My new 93 5-speed sc300 vip/track??
I've always loved the Supra and the 2jz-gte but could never justify buying one to leave in the garage, so the 5 speed sc300 with the potential for a swap will have to do
Mods that came with the car:
Vertex rep body kit
DC Sport axle back exhaust
Tein Coils
20" ASANTI'S!!
A sony head-unit
Some cheap and old mtx subwoofer amp (for stock sub) that was bought from the pawn shop with a $40 price tag still on it
Roof spoiler
Stuff that needs work when I bought the car:
Taillights didn't work
Front bumper and side fender need to be replaced
Headlights have condensation
Missing fogs
Leaking water in trunk
Tach needles are out
Other than that, the engine is stock and interior is pretty damn mint for being almost 25 years old

First thing was to fix the taillights so I
1. I checked the fuses, replaced the blown tail light fuse, but it kept blowing so there was an issue with the wiring.
2. I tore apart the trunk to check the bulbs, they were all fine
3. As I tore apart the trunk, there was a puddle of water on both sides !! I did some research on here and found out about the sunroof drainage pipes and so I cleaned those up and the holes too.
YES, THOSE ARE BEADS IN THE PUDDLE.
4. The taillight wiring harness was soaked in water and mud so I just cut them and spliced them together, instead of getting a new harness.
Once I did everything, I was sure the taillights were going to work.
NOPE!
I kept putting in a new fuse after fixing everything but they kept blowing.
As I was ready to give up for the day, I saw the left foglight and saw that the wires were exposed and touching! There was the source of my problem!
The previous owner had hit a curb which damaged the bumper and fender which severed the fog light wire as well. Once I cleaned up those wires the taillights worked!!

A week later, I bought some Weds Kranze Bazreia's for a pretty good price and got rid of the asanti's.
Last Saturday, I bought some Varrstoen ES2 te37 reps (for canyon/track runs) and... stumbled upon another set of WIDE VIP wheels (daily wheels) so now I am getting rid of the bazreia's.
I also bought the vertex rep bumper and fender from Autofashion here in San Diego and got them painted.
Parts waiting to be installed/TO-DO:
-Bumper and fender
-Lower the car
-Put on my other set of wheels (won't post pics til they're here)
-Make a sub box for my JL 10W7 and hook up my alpine pdx1.1000
-Install a false floor for wiring/amp/sub box
-Retrofit some HID's on the headlight and seal them properly
-Tint/alarm system
