Got the Garson Deep Ryugi / DAD DR302 faces refinished at Ultimate Powdercoating, looking as good as new again.
Just waiting on a pair of 6" lips and it'll all be put together soon.
Still aiming for next month (October) to put the wheels on the car.

Test fit the front Garson Deep Ryugi wheels on the LS400. Waiting on some 6" lips for the rear.

Got some lips, a replacement barrel, and hardware for the faces from VR Wheels.
The Garson Deep Ryugi are finally put together after so much bad luck.
6" lip and 5" lip.

They are currently getting sealed. Hoping to get tyres on it by next week.

A lot has happened since I last posted, forgot to update.

First, I finished sealing the wheels, nothing too interesting as far as photos.

Got some used Garson DAD dual exhaust tips off auctions, way larger than I expected since they're oval.

All that means is it's time to bust out the dremel again and do some cutting.

Cut out both sides and got them perfectly even and smooth. No touch up paint needed either, impressed myself with the final result.

Time to polish a few things. First was the tips. You can see they've seen some use, but nothing like some Mother's aluminum polish.

My Garson valve stems were showing signs of wear too. Replaced the rubber rings on them since they were cracking and polished them up as much as I can.

Lastly, test fitted my rear wheels too. Fitment ended up being a sandwich of wheel lip, quarter panel, and tyre, in that order.
Would look nice but would destroy my quarter panels trying to roll. Decided to cut my quarter panels a little and roll a little more.

Got tyres since the last updates, just need to do some fluid changes before I put it back together, lower it, and drive.
Next updates should be good!

Forgot to post on here, but it's back together. Here's some pictures/screenshots of my LS400 Garson Deep Ryugi build.

Just a few more picture since I don't think I'll do much more for a while besides maybe making some LED turn signals and fog lights.

My girlfriend heard me talking about wanting to get a Garson DAD Mirror and the LED back cover for it.
As Christmas came along, being the wonderful girlfriend that she is, she got me both of them! Seriously did not expect this!!!

So once I put it on, I realized the original mirror was poking through too much for my comfort as you can see.

So to fix that, I wrapped the backside of the mirror in 3M gloss black.

Here is the after:

Your build is goals! The car looks amazing! Do you have links to where you get your parts from? I'd love to see what they have available.

All of the parts are from Yahoo Japan Auctions, Croooober, and Boulevard Luxury. Only a few pieces are brand new from Garson DAD directly since pretty much all my tan interior parts are discontinued by now.

I've been working on converting the turn signals to LED. Here's some pictures as usual!

Here's the back of the board.

Here's a comparison between original and LED.

Got insurance on this thing a few days ago, so I wasn't limited to just taking pictures on my street.
Took it out to a nearby dock. I tried to lower the yacht into the lake, but they told me it's for boats only
