Well, found out today 295/30/19 is a no go up front. Not with my current coilovers ride height and +35 off set on my Advans.
The tire scrubs the front and the rear part of the fender liner during full lock.
Guess I'll have to settle for 275 all the way around.
Rafi told me he was running 295/30 on the front of his ISF but I guess his wheel offset must be less and may be his car doesn't have fender liners? Will ask.
But regardless, I'm not going to remove my fender liners to gain the clearance I need so 275 it will be.

Also had a small delay on my cf hood.
Went to the shop for the test fit today. This was the very first time I've seen my hood in person.
I have no idea how light this hood is since I didn't weight it, but it is insanely light.
The fit was identical to the oem hood. Gaps were good and the hood latch worked perfectly. All they gotta do now is finish cutting the grill inset mesh, drill some holes for the heat pad underneath, and clear coat it.
Should be ready next week!!!
The pic is the raw carbon hood mounted on car.

Thank you Will. It ain't Varis but should be pretty cool.
They did a good job with the fitment. No issues at all. Props to JL Composites!

😬 That's what I looked like when I was at the shop Friday.
😳 That's what the guys at the race car shop looked like when I revved up my exhaust to show them. Hahaha.

Nice! Is the hood hard to close? I'll talked to Zach about getting one and should be able to get my hands on one early next month.

The hood latch works exactly like oem. No issues to worry about.
You are lucky if you're gonna get it that soon. Took a grueling 10 months to get the beta hood to this point.
I'm actually taking delivery of the hood today so more pics to come later.
Here's a teaser pic of the hood vent grill that I powder coated last night. It's candy red to match the lip on my rims.
You vent grill will likey he painted. I requested it in raw metal so I can powder coat myself.
Btw congrats on super charger!

Wink

Got hood installed today.
Still a lil more work is needed on the final finish of the clear coat. But put it on car anyway for spocom show tomorrow. Will come back off and back to body shop following week.

Few pics from my driveway.
Will try to upload some pics from car show tomorrow. MisterEun will be there. Not sure if anyone else local on CL that's going.
