Looks like you need a 4 pole to composite cable. Pretty useless unless you have an analog source.
If you really want to do something with a digital source, it looks like you need to have a huge chain of converters.
For example if you want to do an iPhone, you have to:

- Lightning to HDMI adapter
- HDMI to composite adapter
- Composite coupler
- Composite to 4 pole 3.5mm cable
- Say goodbye console storage space
