Default Lame SC3

Whats up CL, new member here. Didnt introduce myself on the new member thread because I figured I make a thread documenting eveything I will be doing. Just recently picked up an auto 1jz Sc300. Exterior is in ok condition. Hood, fenders, front bumper, and side skirts will be resprayed. Interior is a mess. Previous owner re-did the headliner but didn't put anything back, as in the dome light, sunroof butttons, etc. Seats are all torn up but I'm not worried about that. The car had a bad ps pump but previous owner threw in a good used one. Tach didn't work so I bypassed it as mentioned on this forum. The plans are to fix up the interior, manual swap it, and slowly start working on the exterior.

Very nice start. What suspension are you running? Love the wheels on the car btw.

Thanks guys. They are HKS hipermax coilovers. Picking up a 97 front bumper this weekend. Changed up the exhaust a bit. Went with dual 3.5 in.

Not a fan of the wheels so I may get different ones hopefully this week. Also plan on welding the diff in the near future as I want to start making my way to drift events.

Mini update, traded the xxr's that were on here for 18in g37 wheels. Also lowered the car a bit and got a 97 front bumper. Looks ugly as of now but paint is coming soon.

Also noticed the fender lining rubbed through and exposed this harness. Will be relocating it this week

Threw in an appradio 2 as I was tired of driving without music. Picked up a 350z seat and will be making brackets for it to fit.

No, I used the stock s2000 seat rails and brackets. The two front brackets lined up pretty close but I slotted the hols over about a half inch. The rear brackets don't line up at all so I made myself some brackets.

Yeah, will be doing a suspension overhaul after my transmission swap. Bushings, new coilovers, sway bars etc.

Haven't done much. Got an erebuni rear lip and thats about it. Started to sand/primer the front bumper and sideskirts to get them ready to be black.

That rear lip is pretty gnarly. Where did you find one? Also, have you been on a dyno to see what she puts down? 300ish?
