Awesome, honestly you've now encouraged me to get this kit installed next time i'm in London (probably 6 months or so).

Keep us updated with the pics and final dyno please

Too funny! Saw this photo and thought it was a twin for mine! you have some sideskirts and a better lip than me, but I was so pleased to see a car very similar to mine.

Looks great by the way!

With the increase in power on the way, I felt it was a good time to fit my lightly used Project Mu slotted rotors and pads.

Hi Guys,

Quick update, transmission cooler now installed. My shop weren’t so keen on bolting this to the brake ducts, seemed a little flimsy, so they fabricated a couple of brackets for it instead.

Also cut and modified the front crash bar to accommodate the FMIC. Still got some piping to fit, but hard bit is done.

More updates to follow. Hoping the new auxiliary pulley shows up today!

Happy to help!

Seriously, if you’re going to get one, get Lee and his team at SRD in West Sussex to fit it for you. They are really good at what they do, and having installed my kit, they’ll be even better prepared to do another one.

Hourly rates aren’t silly, and they only charge for the time they put in, unlike some shops I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with in the past!

There really isn’t a better tuner in the UK for these rare beasts.

Hey CL,

So it’s official, I’m pleased to confirm I’m now in the supercharger club!

Lee at SRD and his team are finishing up a few small jobs before I can collect it, but dyno results were very pleasing! Note the values shown are at the flywheel before anyone starts crapping on my parade!

It’s more about the gains for me. We made an additional 168hp over the prior run on same dyno, same operator, same conditions etc.

Will add some more photos Lee sent me as well. Really like the fact we managed to retain most of the main engine cover, and the boost/AFR gauge install in the air vent is another example of how good SRD are at this stuff.

Can’t wait to go collect it!

Just want to say a huge thanks to Rafi and Simon over at RR-Racing for putting together this incredibly comprehensive kit. Between you guys, and Lee Perryman and his team at SRD, you’ve made me a very happy man indeed!
Last dyno run pre-supercharger install.
Second run with the supercharger kit installed.
Boost/AFR gauge installed.
All back together with modified main engine cover.

Wow. Congrats. Standing by for the feedback. How does it drive and compare to before? Can you live with it as a everyday commuter?

Hey Rossi,

I'll have to get back to you on that mate. Haven't actually driven the car yet, still waiting for the shop to give me the all clear to go and collect it. They were addressing some minor niggles like clearances with the pipework/belts etc.

I don't use my car everyday fortunately! With fuel prices being what they are over this side of the pond, I'd never stand a chance running a 5L supercharger V8! Lol.
