Default 00 GS 300 Aristo Swap Info NEEDED

I have a 2000 GS 300, I'm about ready to order a vvti 2jzgte motor trans jdm ecu gte harness and if you can help me with rest that would be great. I have built a few motors, none turbo, I've been a diesel mechanic for a while too, done a few auto transmission rebuilds and a few other things. What I am getting at is I'm sure I can do this swap with the right info. I have been researching this for a while now and I have run out of builds to read, some people say do this and some people say not to. I want to use the JDM trans and ECU. The main problem I see is getting the right schematics and directions on what wiring needs to be done. I have read to make sure to use the MAF from JDM to work with the computer, also use the jdm harness for trans and engine. I know the fuel system needs a return line ran and to get the aristo pump assembly, driveshaft, axels and diff. I am trying to figure out what I need for the build, I want to do it correctly so I will have an awesome ride.

Has anyone heard of an upgrade for the compressor wheels on the stock 2jzgte?
