I just got a manual 2001 IS 300 passed down from my older brother, currently the car is lowered, has a cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust without a resinator, a performance clutch, and aftermarket rims and tires. I am looking to increase hp and torque without really going into turbos or superchargers, and was looking on advice on where to start. Budged is not an issue but I am still not looking to just blow $ on the car. Any comments or suggests would be great on how i could get more power out of the car.
