The evolution of my GS400

Thanks, got the front a little lower, still not quite as low as I'd hoped but the way the fender curves back in at the front is limiting me. Got the idea for the look up signs from a local guy who's got a chandelier in his SUV, nobody would notice the headliner if you didn't point them that direction!
I polished the radiator support winter before last, thanks to Big Ty for the inspiration on that! The paint was looking rough and I liked that solution, probably 10-12 hours of sanding but I like the way it turned out.
For sure, too bad MN is so far from everywhere!
Yeah, I liked what I'd done with the tan but love the black so much more, and it's won best interior at both the MN shows I've done this spring. It's been fun seeing peoples reaction, especially to the headliner.
We should definitely get together one of these days!

Haven't updated this in a while, the car season in MN is over as there's snow in the forecast tomorrow. Did a few little things over the summer, swapped out the LS400 front brakes for Rotora 4 piston-355mm rotors, painted them black with silver decals. Not high dollar brakes but they fill the inside of the wheels nicely and with Hawk Street 5.0 pads they have plenty of stopping power for a street car that's not making repeated high speed stops. The Braga tails didn't last long, picked up a set of acrylic LED's from Japan on an impulse in July.
Had a fun summer with the car, put over 8k miles on it including trips to Chicago for Wekfest and Tuner Evolution as well as shows around MN and WI, made new friends hanging out at meets and shows around the area. Time to start tearing it down and coming back bigger and better for next year, pics from this summer coming when I've got a little more time!

Just found your thread Kyle!
Please ignore my request for more pics of your tail lamps in the other thread.
Let's just say this...your car is such as aspiration for my 2GS...I'm tempted to build mine all the way.
I absolutely love how you set up your GS & see the vision you have for the car.
Simply amazing
