quick123's Build Thread... Finally

2 Attachment(s)
Guess I got a little free time to go ahead and create a build thread...only taken me 4 years to get around to it...lol

Here are the bone stock pics from the day I got it. Bought with just 30k miles on it, and with as many options as I could find. SGM with black interior, and has the luxury and premium packages with ML audio. I can't even remember it being this stock...

First up was window tint...20% ceramic tint all around.
If you noticed, the factory mats had a hole at the driver heal...so Fsport mats from Sewell went right in.
No spoiler or SAT radio module from the factory, so those got added right away as well.
Then got it lowered just a bit with Tien S Tech springs (should have done coils first).
And then started all the lighting changes...redouts for the tails, Garax 6000k lows for the factory HIDs, JDM yellow DRLs and fogs, VLED 6000k parking lights, and all the VLED interior lights.

Now the performance centered mods started flowing...

Painted front and rear calipers red
Power Slot slotted rotors front and back
EBC redstuff pads front and back
Front and rear Fsport sways
Greddy SP Elite exhaust (to get rid of that rusty stock junk)

Then I decided to track the car a couple of times...here are some pics from a Mercedes Benz of Buckhead event we went to at Roebling Road in Savannah. I prepped the Lexus with Toyo Sport T1s in the front and Toyo R888s in the rear. I also used some Red Line water wetter for the coolant and flushed the brake fluid with Motul racing fluid.

I was there with my Dad and his CLK63 AMG known as "The Beast" with all its upgrades, as well as top notch sports vehicles. The Lexus held it's own and impressed a ton of people that weekend, including myself...but the racing days are over for this car.

Yea, didn't really get serious until the air suspension...then it had to get serious, lol. Just like you, I am not done yet...don't really know if I ever will. I still have a bunch of interior work left, and hard lines for the trunk, maybe an audio build, maybe widebody some day...who knows :)
