Default virgin block turbo build

Goal DD with ~ 310-330rwhp. The IS300 is a virgin block with an eshift tranny and I do not plan on swapping out HG at this time. Hope to not go that route so the build is pretty conservative w up to 7psi. Car won't be race nor drag. I when it's done, I probably either have John Reed (if he's still around my area) or KOracing tuning it.

So looks like i'm going forward with the build as I just picked up the comp ct4 6065 triple ball bearing.

I probably need a lot of help making a parts list here.

Parts acquiring:
I originally wanted a pte 5862 then to 6065, but couldn't find a used one anywhere as it is expensive new. I ended up getting a ct4-6265, just hope that i didn't make a bad decision on this. The turbo had 500mile and 2 dynos per seller. I'm thinking it might actually be a lot more miles than that though.
http://compturbo.com/products/turbos...illet/ct4-6265 T4 divided housing with .70 A/R. A/R might be too small but it might actually help spool as i'm only running .5bar. Any speculation on how much lag I'll have, and torque + HP range.

AEM ems V1
Token solution ecu harness $245
PLX iMFD vac/boost module $75
PLX SM-AFR V2 gen 3 wideband with dm6 gauge $179

550cc $249
GM 3bar map sensor $30
Wastegate with 7.3psi spring $75
CX intercooler kit $521

Please let me know if these ebay kit are worth it

Parts still needed:
Almost doneee!!!!!!

Of course don't forget about 300ft of wiring for the ems. Dammmm... I'm planning to run the EMS inside the glove compartment ~ 13 - 14ft x 22 - 23 wires or so.

Looks like you have a pretty solid build going on.Not sure about the DP and IC kits but just be ready to have to modify a bit to make it work with your setup.I ordered my manifold from SRT cause surprisingly enough there only around 400 shipped and the quality is nicer than the ebay ones,if you go with the ebay manifold just have some of the welds reinforced and you should be golden.I read on MY.IS that one of the ebay intercooler kit works fine(http://my.is/forums/f114/my-ebayish-turbo-build-459274/). You'll have to look at your wastegate as well to see what dump tube you'll need.Definitely consider doing headgasket and head studs cause while your internals will be fine I wouldn't run over 7-8 pounds on factory headgasket.

DAMMMM dirty bugger

I might get the T4 housing coated before installing it.

Turbo had no shaft play at all, and spins extremely smooth compared to a brand new Garrett GT25 I had 10 years ago.
