I'll be starting the swap in the next few weeks. I decided to try and tap into the ABS speed sensor to pull a signal for the speedo. If that doesn't work then just going to get a GPS sensor and a electronic gauge.

Also ended up painting the front lip, think it goes better with the side skirts.

looking great, this is similar to where i'm going with my 400. except i'll be doing a w58 and a wise front lip and maybe a rear lip, but that diffuser looks nice. where did you get the rotors and SS lines and the diffuser? are the rotors 2 piece or 1?

The rotors are 1 piece Stoptech rotors and lines are Stoptech's as well, don't remember where but i found them online somewhere. The diffuser is for a 93+ Rx7, it was the closest in size to what i was looking for.

sweet, thanks man. i tried looking for some 2 piece rotors that fit a supra since i got TT calipers all around, couldn't find anything, so will be going with some ebay drilled rotors.

So haven't made an update in awhile, I've run into some issues.... I realized that the spacer that i with my clutch is the wrong one, it doesn't line up with the clutch plate or the flex plate. I contacted Supra store but haven't heard back yet.
other then that I've got a lot done, got the pedals in, EGR delete done, got rid of cruse control and everything else not needed. Transmission is prepped and ready to go in as soon as I get my other parts.
also just got my DakotaDigital speedo interface, so my speedo can actually work

I was originally planning on supercharging it but this is no longer my main project car. I will be concentrating on my 240z. But a supra LSD is a must and eventually id like to maybe do ITB and maybe some cams.

So talked to both Supra store and Collins today. Collins is shipping out my pilot bearing today and said he would do two day delivery. Supra store said that they packaged the wrong spacer so send it back and they would get the correct one out asap. So hopefully I’ll have the transmission in and driveshaft ordered by mid next week.
