Default simple Gs300 daily driver build thread.

I purchased my gs300 earlier this year to replace my s2000. I needed a bigger and more practical car and something just to get me A to B. I ended up purchasing an 02 black/black sport design.

my old s2k:

more pictures and stuff here:
http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/8668...-build-thread/

so this is shortly after I purchased the car, installed led tails, chrome trunk bar and beginning my air install.

UAS bags/brackets + bilstein shocks, and accuair elevel management. you can also see where i mounted my sensors

I wasn't happy with the upper control arms constantly banging on the shock towers at ride height so I cut shock towers.

also made a DIY thread on it.

Got my custom sized Weds Kranze Bazerias.

test fitting the fronts

got the rears on

sorry for the cell phone pictures,

car still needs alot of work, the next thing is going to be painting and installing my admiration lip kit.

I do plan to buy another grill and chrome it, my current grill is badly rock chipped and cracked. the wheels are 19x10 +14 19x11+26 and I'm running 225/35 245/35, I already have an admiration kit purchased, just need to get it painted.

Very nice daily driver! Anything you don't like about your air bag set up ? Hope you don't mind me asking, but how much was the complete air set up ?

Maybe a dumb question but are you able to turn aired out with that wheel size? I'm just doing some research for my wheels set up not trying to bite, I want to tuck 18's and slam like that but be static,

It wasent too hard, and it was my frist time doing it, probably took me like 3 days. If i were to do it again It would take me maybe a full day. alot of time is wasted driving back and forth picking up air fittings line and misc electrical connectors, screws, bolts and stuff.

norcal, San Jose specifically

Its very comfortable, but i do wish I had adjustable dampening. I do want it to ride a little more stiff. so in the future I may look into picking up a cheap set of coilovers to replace the shocks. definitely not a priority though.

no I cant turn air'd out. but my ride height in the front isn't too much higher, maybe 3/4 - inch, I still tuck most of the tire at ride height. and if i need to uturn ill air up slightly more, it really depends on the road im driving on and ill set the height accordingly.

18's are obviously gonna be harder to tuck because your upper control arm will bottom out before you tuck rim in the front. you'll probably be able to get pretty close though. and will be riding pretty damn low.
