LS400 Calipers have arrived..I opted to get rebuilt calipers...Rotors and pads should be here by the weekend.....Hint...Hint....These will look good in gold....

The LS400 Calipers are a lot bigger in person than I thought....Which is a good thing because I need the extra stopping power now...

I have a set of black lexus script decals that I will be putting on the calipers....Thanks Tabaka.

For right now I will just be getting new rotors and pads for the rear.....but I will be painting them the same color as well...with black lexus script

hey what size decals should i get for the calipers? i have TTs all around and they're about the same size as the LS, what size are the decals you'll be putting on?

Received the decals from Tabaka..Thanks again.....They are about 4" long



I purchased a new hardware kit for the calipers...What are the 4 clips for in the bottom of the pic...Do they go on the brake pads....

yes the four bottom clips go on each side of the brake pads.

Test fit with the BBS LM reps 18x10 +25 on 275/35/18......Once I get coils it should give me a little bit of negative camber.... Should be pretty flush then..





I am trying to decide which color to go with.....Sandstone beige is a hard color to get wheels for I am limited to either Silver or Black....trying to decide which to go with...

Got the brakes mounted up and brake lines mounted to calipers...Just awaiting rotors and pads to get here today...

are your pics only visible by firefox and internet explorer? i use chrome and i can never see your pics, which sucks because by reading the thread this sounds like an awesome build

R1 concept cross drilled rotors are in.....unfortunately I got sent the wrong brake pads.....they sent me the pre 95 pads....ie not the right ones for the 4 POT

Looks good. On my calipers when I was done with paint and applied the sticker, I then applied a bunch of thin coats of clear so the stickers have something over them protecting them as well. It did create a small amount of orange peal adding the clear, but I think it'll help longevity. Anyhow just a thought for ya to consider, looks great though.
