This build seems like it is taking forever, but it will get done someday.. Picked up a Hypertune IM and ID 14mm 2000cc injectors and fuel rail. The throttle body is 103mm which might be a tad too big, so I'm going to reduce it down to the Q45 TB that I have instead.

I know, seems like a downgrade for that intake manifold, but I've used 3 Q45 throttle bodies on different builds, and never had issues with any of them, so I'll continue to use them. I love the size of it as well, won't restrict the max amount of CFM going into the engine at all either.

Surely it will get done most especially it is in the hands of good people at Kaizen.

Just wondering why go with the Q45 instead of that hypertune TB ? Looking at the first page of your build thread , wow... you have been throwing in some serious parts and funds into your project .

Good Luck .. soon you will get to enjoy it !

She's on her way to Englewood, CO to get a 10 point roll cage installed @ Two Create Fab where my buddy works as a fabricator. She's in good hands there. I'll post updated pics as the cage gets installed. He will most likely also do a nice custom front crash bar as well.

It arrived there this morning. It didn't get that dirty from the open trailer ride up as it sat for a while over the last few months. I do feel a bit relieved now that I know that it is there safe and sound.

Had a setback recently with the Origin Lab fenders that I ordered. A month and a half after ordering them from Canada, I was told that there were none available, and am currently in the process of getting refunded. So now, I need to find some other fenders (will most likely just go with the Extreme Dimensions F & R even though they only fit the full kit, my body shop guy can make 'em work).

The cage is almost finished up, and a few more parts came in as well.

More pictures of the progress on the cage. Not sure what color to paint the cage once it's all said and done

Ok, so I have a few more updates (nothing too crazy, though, so don't get excited )

Got the rear chassis harness cleaned up! Only 8 wires left providing power to only the necessities!
Also changed my mind on the SP1s (I'm going to post them up for sale), and decided to go with another set of 3 piece wheels, which are SSR Integral GT3s. Specs are 19x11.5 +5 (front) and 19x13.75 -30 (rear). I'll be powder-coating these with a pearl white, and leaving the lips chrome (rears have a 7 inch chrome lip).

I also got some front and rear over-sized fenders, which were crunched during shipment no thanks to UPS, who decided to deny responsibility. Luckily, I can still use the rears with minor repairs, but the fronts are ruined. So I'm pending a purchase for either Vertex front fenders or APTech's fenders.
