excellent pick up! the wheels are clean and subtle, and with a slight drop it will look great. maybe a nice axel back to set off the rear end too?

Yes and Yes. It's on the list of things to do. I have some TT springs already, just need to save up for the shocks/mounts.

Seemed fitting that I would be the one to bump this thread; this SC400 has been through another owner since it was in Ken's possession, but alas it is now in mine. After a 7 year hiatus from the 1SC section, I was back!

The first pictures I saw of the car:

Saying goodbye to my 4Runner:

Swung by the local Lexus dealership to have a state inspection performed before heading to the tax office to transfer the title and get her registered!

Back home with the rest of the ladies:

Received a paint correction and headlight restoration that evening:

And the following day at DFW's Cars and Coffee:

Captain Loy would be proud!

Dang I forgot about this thread! The first pics looked like the poor car needed some serious love. Captain Loy would definitely be very proud!

Aye! She was in dire need of some good 'ol fashioned love. Capt. Loy would be a happy man...I almost feel as though I have a co-pilot at times!

I never did replace the shifter bushings but I have them and a new rubber boot laying around here somewhere. I just never felt like pulling the console apart. It wasn't fun when I did it on another car.

Was going to say, the shifter is rather wobbly for not being made of rubber or silicone.

MANNNN literally every car in this photo is gorgeous,
But I gotta ask, what're the details on the green SC with the GS rims?? Been wondering what those wheels would be like on an SC...

Thanks! I love my old Supra. The green SC is mine and it's a 99 SC300. It's pretty much a cream puff. Those are GS400 wheels and are 17x8. Don't know the offset but they fill the wheel well very nicely.
