I plan on doing nearly an identical build as yours to beat my m3's 197mph...

You think that kind of speed is possible in an SC? I know yours has more than enough power.
I am pretty sure Chris Johnson and his black SC300, (guy who built my car initially), did over 200 in the mile (I think). He had a compound turbo setup.

Yeah thats a very cool setup, he was the one who's carbon hood ripped off in the middle of his run, shows how fast he was going.

I'd like new wheels, what do you guys think of these? I really want CCW Classics though.

Will these even fit properly?

I think the offsets would be kinda wonky without spacers but I like the style.

Received the Tial MVR and the FSM fuel rail. I already threw in the rail, so no photos of that right now. Going to take the wastegate and turbo manifold to get welded tomorrow. Also gonna have to talk to T1 and see if I can get shorter tophats for my ID2000's. The ones I got from them originally was the wrong length, forcing me to use a stud and nut to hold the rail in place. I want to use the OEM bolts for the rail, so I need shorter tophats.

Just ordered new tophats from T1. They were cheap, and they are gold colored. It should be here this week. The manifold is going over to Racefab to get welded at 2.

Picked up the manifold today, it turned out great. I might go get it thermal coated since it looks a little rough. Also got told my turbo has some broken blades somehow. The shop showed my what they were talking about, and I thought that was how the turbo was supposed to be. So now I am gonna pull the turbo apart and send it to Precision to have them look at it and fix it if needed. More money gonna be spent. :sigh: The tophats should show up today, and also ordered a Comp turbo blanket, which should be here Friday. Lots of ordering and fixing, but I should have even more power when all this **** is fixed.

Update:

The turbo arrived at Precision today. Just waiting on them to contact me to say what is up. I gave my turbo manifold and compressor housing to my friend to clean up the ports and smooth them out. And then going to take the manifold to get ceramic coated, as my current coating was peeling.

I've also been researching further on wheels that I want. I think 18" would be the best option. The car rides so low already, I think 18's would be a better option. I think I want 18" RPF1's. 10" wide in the back.

However, I saw TGrant's car on the forum, and I think I am in love with his look. I think I am convinced I want to do the Auto Couture body kit, and go with the CCW C2K's like him. I think it is the best wheel yet. It's classy and a little more aggressive than the Classics.

Update:

Precision Turbo called me just now and said they will be upgrading/fixing my turbo for free. That's $700 I won't have to spend. Precision said they will mail the turbo out this week. So that's something...

Also have to get the new IAT sensor welded in, Helicoil one of the exhaust stud holes since one is stripped and get the turbo manifold ceramic coated. So in the next two weeks the car should be good to go again. And then I can continue the hunt for some wheels.

Update:

Got the turbo manifold back from Synergy Coatings, and it looks really nice. Sucks that it will dull out after a while, my turbo gets really hot. Just waiting on the turbo to come back from Precision, and then I can put it back together again. I will probably get the car tuned again, because I couldn't max it out yet with the injectors leaking past 32 psi. I am expecting 830whp this time.

Kinda trying to choose between these two sets of wheels. I just want to get rid of these wheels I have right now. I have 17" tires already from my current wheels. 275/40 in the rear/ 245/40 up front.

I have TT front brakes as well.

Algernon Intelesse, can I even run these?

SPECS :
Front 17x8.5 +30
Rear 17x9.5 +30
3 Piece rims

Centerline Splitspoke

18x9.5 front and rear 5x4.5 bolt spacing
But the spacing choices are weird, and looking for help. I can build an engine, but wheels confuse me with offsets n spacing.
