It's not too much to ask at all. I would say 14 for the carpet, vinyl, etc. maybe 6 cans for the leather surfaces.

uh oh... I know what is on your mind Mark ! lmaol...

Best thing for Jay is find a trade for something he is interested with just like what he said retro or pro-touring. Parting it or selling it won't do him any good. He has so much money on the car. And we all know no SC even with built engines will ever sell for a good price. We have seen so many built SCs that have been parted out because no one is buying them. If that was a MKIV , it will sell easy but not an SC ... our boats just don't have good market just like the MKIVs. I am sure you have experience that when you posted yours a couple of weeks ago. With MKIVs , I had 8 in the past 3 years . The 6 I sold , I never had problems selling them and making some money even. In fact the last one was a mere shell and nothing else and still sold for almost $10k last year .

Jay - I hope you get the trade you wanted for it . Good Luck buddy !

Thanks for the bump.

Your welcome man. Glad I could contribute somehow. I couldn't have done my swap w/o the help of all of you. I do wish I could get my hands on another SC to convert to black. I miss doing it. I am getting bored at home here lately, since mine is running so good. LOL

Talking Simply amazing

This was hands down one of the best write up I've read, very motivational. It's Sunday and I'm headed outside to see what I can do to my interior. How far are you from Jacksonville 1jzpwrd lol? Also when you replaced the center console I noticed it was a cover for a camero, I'm guessing it still fit?

So I'm cruising eBay and it dawned on Me, 2jzgte should start refinishing doors and just have them in stock ready to ship out/pick up/for sale on eBay since he does such a stellar job with them. Just a thought. Also what should be my fist mod? Just bought an sc400? Thanks in advance

Default Is the window frame new?

How did you fix the window frame? I just repaired mine (both sides) with fibreglass and epoxy and a vinyl repair kit patch. Patch looks like a hack job, but better than before.

If it is cracked through, you pretty much have to replace.
