Sorry if this was already asked before, but have you pressure-tested the cooling system yet?

You should hook up a pressure gauge onto your radiator with the car running and see if it is actually hitting 15 psi just for kicks. Just trying to brainstorm here and help out if I can

So the under tray is doing amazing work........ Went on a 45min drive with my wife cruising at 65-70mph with an outside temp of about 75-80 with maybe 1 or 2 small pulls. The AEM gauge didn't go any higher the 195*F translating to 185*F on the laptop and staying steady. Its amazing what that does to the cooling system. Nothing was changed but adding the OEM under tray. I will be making an aluminum tray at some point when I have the time to get some materials. But for now, this thing is working fairly well.

Now I just need to get a few video's

I thought it would made a difference, when I removed mine I had similar temp numbers on the aem, but I just left it that way no idea where the undertray is think I threw it away

Rich, you're right that engine bay is boring, and that turbo is too small? lol, j/k. and it is amazing what that splash cover does? I just bought a replacement for mine. I bought it cause my current one is hanging and it just looks ef'n tacky to me! lol

haha yea luckily I saved all those under trays and stashed them behind the garage. I might also put the driver/passenger ones back on as well to see if that helps any more.

I need to clean it up a bit and get some good photo's. The car it self isn't in best of condition with dings here an there and scratches on the bumpers etc from previous owner. Thinking about getting paint done first rather than getting a cage put in. BUT safety first right?
