Glidin316's UCF10 build thread
so heres the story, i sold my 4dr integra with a JDM front end for $2400. it was in bad shape. me and my girl only had one car so we needed one badly for me to go to work and vice versa. went on craigslist and found this 91 UCF10. bought it for $3200 with 185k miles on it. clean title. it was in pretty good condition ill say with only minimal things to fix. i'm sure i could of got it for cheaper BUT... there was another couple looking at the car and was very interested in it... :( so i bought it since i had cash up front. :D :D :D i'm in love with it lol.
the front and rear bumper was painted a flat white where the white part is because the previous owner said the factory yellow was showing and took it to the shop. well.. they did a HORRIBLE job... they didnt even take off the bumper to paint it!! freakin... anyways theres a dent on the driver rear door. and the passenger side is cleannn. but then.. my girl drives it to work and park in garages at the hospital and NOW IT HAS MORE THAN 6 DOOR DINGS!!! :cry: i drive a honda accord since its more mpg but it will be my car officially next year. my plans are tint *check* wheels billet grille coilovers curtains for the rear *check* neck pads eagle eye headlights with retrofit Wald grill adapter (IF I CAN EVER FIND ONE!!!!) lol change interior to LEDs kin tsuna and red knot *half check* bodywork and all white diamond pearl paintjob some kind of lip kit shaved trunk rear roof and trunk spoiler red out taillights the day i got her, 8/29/2012: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...8-28191533.jpg 10/5/2012 got her tinted with 35% all around. i wanted to go darker but i had a civic with 20% and i got tickets numerous times :egads: so i decided not to deal with that bull**** again and went legal. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-07134800.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-07134812.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-07134829.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-07134844.jpg 10/7/2012just bought some tan bellezza curtains and a kin tsuna. ill install and post pics asap when i clean off the previous 3m tape. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-09180606.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...0-09180525.jpg |
the rubber on the bottom sides and rear bumper . how come i see some people without it? they have like real body parts. painted and everything. stock too.

because that's what '93-94 cars had. the bottom trim was different '89-92 and 93-94.

Im sure you could go to the junkyard and buy those 93 pieces for cheap. Looks like you got a good deal and the car is clean. How is the interior? alot of 91-92 ls's got beat up leather.

the rear seats are in excellent condition. seemed like nobody sat in it lol. the driver seat has a tear and so does the passenger. the speaker grilles are coming off and the previous owner freakin hot glued it back on because of broken tabs.. :egads: the window switch wood trim are coming off too. i would say with all these problems the interior is 7/10. ill post pics asap.

Haha! Looks identical to mine when I picked her up from Ontario. Only difference is my color combo, mine is also Diamond White Pearl but I have grey leather interior. I have rarely ever seen that combo again, it's often tan/black leather interior that seems to be the most common. That being said, I do wish they had the cloth seat option (as the Celsiors did) in the Americas :( Welcome aboard buddy! If you have any questions, we're here to help ;)

Pretty nice looking car overall considering its age. I envy people who live in better climates, the cars stay much newer looking for so very much longer. Up here in New England, a brand new car looks 10yrs old after 3 winters if daily use.

I live in Kansas which has crazy weathers like the NE. we get snow, hail, tornadoes, 100+ degree weather, u name it we have it all. i used to live in Boston for a year in high school so i know how it is in the NE. yeah you're right Renato, i've never seen that combo before.

mine is a 92 and i bought the pieces for the bottom to get rid of the ugly rubber pieces

where did you buy the bottom pieces at python? junkyard? for the bellezza curtains theres some on ebay.
