I went on JDM-Nigel website and ordered option c which consisted of 2 JDM bezel covers for fogs, 2 Toyota fog light housings, 1 OEM stalk, and custom wiring harness. Then I got an 6000k h11 hid kit from the shop I got my install done. It's a big difference of not having fog lights to having them.

curious...do the fog lights with the HID conversions blind oncoming drivers or have they been positioned so that they face downward toward the road?

Nope they don't blind on coming traffic, the fogs r Alittle farther back and the bulbs in the housing r Alittle farther back in the fogs. So it only has Alittle bit reflection. But not shining in on coming traffic. So far no one has flashed me. So no they don't blind on coming traffic.

I didn't do the install myself. Took it to an audio shop and they did the whole fog light install. Since they were already in there, I decided to go ahead and get the HID kit on them. But from the looks of it, no too complicated, the wires r well hidden so hard to say. But can't go wrong with HIDs in there. Much brighter. If u've ever installed an HID kit before, all u have to do is run wires to battery, then hid ballasts, connect the harness to the fog light harness. Then fit bulb into housing and ur all set. It's really not too hard. But the GS is an nice car, so decided to not do too many DYIs this time around. My old car, yes I would have done it myself. So yea, let me know if u have anymore questions.
