Very interesting. Did it fit the tunnel without major work?

It seems much longer than the auto. Where is the shifter coming through at the center counsel?

yeah good question. thats a big transmission. the V160 getrag looks smaller compared to that thing.

the shifter housing is longer than the V160 , the V160 is wider and heavier.

That shifter housing will be modify to fit in the auto shifter hole, just cut the tripod and shorten it up. Same scenario when u are doing a V160 swap in the SC, 240sx and IS300 because the shifter sit back and the shifter hit the shifter trim in 2,4,6 and R.

i am sure not massaging is required because the v160 is wider and doesn't require any massaging.

are you using the 350z flywheel and clutch set up?

also would you be able to get more pilot bearing "adapters" made?

The supra 6 speed doesn't hit the trim in a sc300.

its a tight squeeze when installing since the bellhousing is large. Once bolted fits great.
