Thanks, I saw your build thread good work. I wish I would of taken as many pics as you did.

From what I can see, having R154 I would need:

1. TO bearing
2. Adapter for bellhousing (maybe I missed it but did you get that made or bought)
3. slave, shifter
4. Clutch, flywheel, PP
5. Driveshaft with adapter/1350 conversion

that would not be bad at all. I need to start the car and get it running first but this would be a nice quick project...and then I would be 6 speed like I want and not have to worry about the R154 blowing up on me.

Also I have AEM so I would figure the VSS/speedometer would be easier for me, maybe not though.
The updated trans has triple synchros on a some gears which cured the issue they had on earlier versions.
Adapter plate was bought pm me I'll get you his info.
Still haven't messed with speed sensor

3K mile update: Daily driven since day 1 and it seems reliable. My suspension bushings are worn and car starts vibrating at around 140mph

I used a rpm/gear calculator and with the stock 3.92 rear differential top speed should be around 170mph

I finished my drivetrain swap. Drove about 3 miles. Then did a huge *** burnout. I built my car to be abused so if anything was going to break I needed it to break then and not when I'm driving it regularly lol.

How did you do the driveshaft setup? With the 350z being the CF-alloy, I didnt figure you could have it cut and made. Car looks and sounds great!

I'm going to pull the engine and see how difficult is to make some turbo manifolds and a taller LSD differential would be nice.
