Flywheel is from a 4runner with minimal modification to bolt up to the crank. Clutch disc is from a nissan sr20 stage 2. Pressure plate from a mr2 or scion tc stage 3

lol account2x is hilarious .

on a side note how 'cheap' are these 350z trannies? considering they are still quite new and out of an expensive car think the term cheap is being used a little loosely.

brand new updated cd009 is around $1600... fairly cheap for a brand new transmission if you ask me. the cd001 and cd005(synchro problems) can be bought for around the same price as a w58. no more than $600. gotta remember the 350z is in no way a rare car.

just buy this one.. also the guy who makes the adapter plates also makes that pilot bearing adapter. everything is there to buy except a transmission mount and custom driveshaft.

that shifter location doesn't look to badif you buy the short shifter with the shortened bracket.... does it barely squeeze by the bezel in 2,4,6,r?

I found the 05+ 6 speed transmissions for $800-$1000 on my local car-part. I'd like to know how much the total swap would cost and what could be done about the speed sensor. Can anyone chime in on that?

i've been looking into this religiously lately.

around $2000+ after you buy a transmission with new parts including:
pedals/master - $500
adapter and bushing - $400
clutch - $300+ (im going with a 6 puck so $400)
flywheel and 8 mk4 tt flywheel bolts - $270
Clutch lines - $50-70
fluid - $50-60
driveshaft 1 piece custom - $400-500
speed healer or whatever you pick - $100-200+
