the guy loved this front pumper. it had 2 layers of paint on it from a previous accident. so it took a lot of sanding to get down to the urethane

here is some pics of me assembling the mirrors. i took them damn near completely apart so they could paint the shell correctly. i didnt want any runs because of the odd shape.

i got creative here. the factory power antenna was shot, so i used a tail light grommet from a 1991 MR2 tail light harness, and a cheap 10 dollar rubber antenna from Advance Auto Parts, pushed it thru just enough so it pokes out like a nub, zip tied the rest of the lower antenna to the inside power antenna mounting point and tada, cool looking antenna.

later i got the emblems. almost 100 bux later buying new ones of course. i didnt put any in the front. i had those holes filled before the paint job was complete.

i took it to a parking garage at night to try and get some photos. i had to use the cell phone camera again. ugh! i need a good digital SLR!

some might be blurry! just deal with it.

the next thing i was to add was the Oil Catch. its more of a looks thing, but i still added one.
i didnt have it feed back into the intake because a friend of mine did the same thing and it was actually pulling out oil from the crankcase. very bad!
