Cool Obsidian Black Widow

Hey..

Im still basically a noob here since I got my IS on February 29.. its 2008,
already had the GFX kit when I bought it so I just recently added the roof spoiler from OEM.Thing and just yesterday got some GIOVANNA KILIS 20X8.5 20X10 F +38 R +42... heres a few shots from today..

3 yrs later, just traded it in for a USB ISF, now looking for new mods for it..

So any help would be greatly appreciated

2nd yr of ownership

3rd yr

Super clean, love the wheels. Now scrap the 4x4 stance and lower that baby!

Nice ride. Just like mine. I have OEM wheels tho. What's next? Visors, led side mirrors/covers etc. Are you the only one here representing Puerto Rico? How many more IS owners are there with you.
Keep up the good work

jajaj Thanks..
because of the streets here I think I'll only get the F-Sport spring
even though everybody here prefers coils..

the original owner put 245 30 20 front tires & rear 275 30 20 so at stock height its rubbing a lil bit dont wanna think if I lower it

don't really seem to be many 2nd Gen Owners with mods here in PR or at least that I know of

Im thinking LED 2012's and upper F-Style Grill

The 20's fill the gap pretty well compared to the stock 17's. i think a fpsort drop would be okay. H&R would probably be ideal.

Looks good so far. F Sport is a nice conservative drop. H&R is a little more aggressive. Get coils if you have the $$$ to spend.

you'll be happier with coils. not sure why people think they have to "slam it" if they get them. It'll be more cost effective in the long run. plus the option of lowering and dampening, hell throw coils on at f-sport spring height, at least you can change it when your not happy with it months down the road. save yourself that spring/shock $$$ vs just going to coils and saving a step. do it ONCE and do it RIGHT

Looks good homie and the tail light tint looks great too but it really shows how tiny the 250 brakes are!

jaja Thanks everyone

You make a great point on the coils so I should probably do some thinking and see which route I take

The brakes are tiny as hell.. but don't see any big brake kit any time soon lol

Ive been told a LOT.. Careful with the Front Wheel Assembly or Drive Train because of the harsh ride and pot holes..

Have you guys had to change a lot of shocks/struts, pressure plates, discs or any major tune up do to bigger rims? Thanks in advance

If you decide that you'll be going with springs... You'll be better off with H&R Sport and it'll take care of that fender gap but you'll rub a bit more

Black out your grille too
