OP, did you have to get different size of shims since you had a valve job and USDM cams?

yes i had to re-shim almost every single shim in the head after the valve job and USDM cams. it was kind of a PITA but worth it since the head is dead silent now, no ticking noises or anything.

Same here, I think the valve job made the grooves deeper, and the clearances are really tight.

I have to buy 20 damn shims and they costs $7 per piece.

i have to say that the single exit exhaust looks great, especially with the bumper insert on the rear bumper from your bro. Btw is your car still on the twin set up?

BW-S372 turbo
Custom manifold based on the full race manifold, recirculated wastegate into 4" downpipe
turbonetics 50mm wastegate
GSC S1 cams
GSC beehive valve springs
manley valve locks
Titan polished cam gears
Blue gates timing belt
Titan billet tensioner bracket
PHR modified crank gear
Custom catch can set up with -10AN lines
modified valve covers in wrinkle black finish with -10AN fittings welded on
Full supra PROEFI system
PROEFI flex fuel kit
Pro EFI can gauge
all pro efi sensors,wiring harness
ID2000 injectors
PHR fuel rail
custom -8an fuel feeds, -6an return system
waldon fuel pressure regulator
walbro 416 pumps x2
ETS 5" intercooler
Tial Q BOV

thats all i have so far, still need to collect some fittings and small things here and there and then start taking the car apart. this will be a few months project for sure since its being done in my garage. tuning will be done at SoundPerformance, shooting for 750-800WHP on E85 and about 550-600 on 93 pump tune. i will make sure to take lots of pics as always dont you guys worry
