I'm sorry I'm late to the party. I wish I would have seen this thread sooner....like a year ago. I could have saved you SOOOOO much time and headache with that wiring harness. Nothing needed changed. You can run a 1JZ harness on a 2JZ, and vica versa just fine. If you had wanted to run a 2J ECU, then all you would have needed to do was buy a PLUG AND PLAY patch harness and away you go! It was THAT simple.

Are you fawking serious? There's a plug and play harness? LOLL epic fail for me! I didn't know that! And yes I wanted to use the 2JZ ecu for the sequential turbo operation.

We have though that running an 1JZ harness on a 2JZ would have left me only with the parallel turbo option. But damn.... the plug and play patch harness.. I don't believe it... made by you?

Btw it was kinda fun to do that, now we "understand" the car and engine a looooooot more!

The patch harnesses I was talking about are built by a company called Autosport Wiring. They are high quality, and they have very fast shipping. I do sell them though!

Regardless of the wiring fiasco, your car is beautiful!
