the 98-20 grill has smaller slats so it's hard to keep the chemical in place long enough for it to break down the paint. Combine that with being outside in dry heat and your 1hr DIY turns into a 2hr+ DIY. I did it over 2 days and still need to get back on the grill to get some stubborn areas. I used a gel paint/varnish remover from Lowes.
