Lol so much hate for a rep TTE lip combined with fusa/tsuna .
But anyways, im sure the car will look great once u get wheels and a nice drop + that lip

how so? this was fairly simple depending on the chemical used. im with you though, remove ALL the paint
the 98-20 grill has smaller slats so it's hard to keep the chemical in place long enough for it to break down the paint. Combine that with being outside in dry heat and your 1hr DIY turns into a 2hr+ DIY. I did it over 2 days and still need to get back on the grill to get some stubborn areas. I used a gel paint/varnish remover from Lowes.

that's cause your going about it the wrong way. put it in a shallow tub and pour it on, then flip it and eventually repour the same liquid on it....i let mine soak in a pan for a minute

I'd call this type of thing a "project," not a "build."

Maybe you younger guys have a different perspective about this

Car will have new look, and gonna be repainted
Just taking it one step at a time..:-)

Time for a restoration and some more maintenance parts

2 cam seals
Drive belt
Lower door seal driver and passenger side...
Chromed grill
