So about 2 months ago or so was dropping my grandmother to the hair dresser and spotted an LS400 that I found out was being stripped by the owner.. Today I went to get the calipers and rotors and didn't saw the LS400 anymore.. I began to get sad until I saw the owner bringing the hubs with the calipers and rotors attached... He saved them and had them waiting. You guys wouldn't believe how much I paid... Let alone finding the LS400 here home... They are a dime a dozen.... Would of saved the hubs and sell on the forums but shipping from the Bahamas to anywhere in the US is killer...

**Update.
This is sort of small. Cleaning the engine bay to get it ready to go to the body shop. I am handwashing it right now and then moving on to a pressure washer.

So far on the driver side (passenger side for sc300) it's coming out good on the frame.. Got a brush to scrub near the brake booster and other areas. For the fuse box side I have to remove the fusebox and other things to srub there.. Also will be scrubing the engine and stuff to get that cleaned up...

Seems the dregreaser and engine cleaner is getting the gunk the other body shop applied on there. I will keep working at that to see if I can remove it...

That's cleaning up quite nice! It should be a beauty once you're done with it! Can't wait, keep us posted!

Put on the secondary support to see how things were...

Dropped the car off to a different body shop. Will try and get updates of the progress.. Finally will get it on a frame machine, clean up the front support area, ensure that things are close to spec and the front panels line up, paint the entire body...

Finally in the current year. I got a new body kit instead of repairing the old one

So it's been over 2 years. It has a been a slow process on the body work but so far I am happy with it. Hope I can have it done soon.. A whole lot has change so will update on planned engine modifications as they come.

Today went down and help the guys out at the shop.. The front bumper was already on when I got there.

Helped finish up attaching the rear bumper and installed the side skirts. Was impressed at the need to ensure the seams were right. Many adjustments were made to ensure everything fits...

Good to see another kit works well with our setup. I hate to read about all the modifications that have to be made with these aftermarket kits. The SC will be like new again. I cant wait to see the finished product. I might have missed it, but what color are going with?
