I average 3000 miles a week for work so 300 miles to Chicago is like down the road, wouldnt be a big deal. Once the car is done(for the 2012 season) I'll most likely have it licensed and insured for the street but with no heater or ac, no door windows, no radio, and a 10 gallon fuel cell I'll just trailer it nearly everywhere that's a good distance and then cruise around weather permitting lol.

Thanks man. I even got my girlfriend rocking the pink one on her car lol. Yeah I'm trying to grow mine out a little so I can get on the website cause I know the creator of it(through a friend) and another good friend of mine writes a few articles for them here and there, I'm lookin pretty homeless right now lol

Not really. Haven't been on here in awhile. Cars tossed to the side for now. On a strict budget(Dave Ramsey style). Build to resume January of 2012!

As do I, but I've realised I hate debt and auto loans a lot more. I cannot keep criticising how our government spends money it doesn't already have, and then turn around and do the same. No longer using credit for anything and will be 100% debt free in December and plan on staying that way the rest of my life...doing what's right isn't always fun lol.

That aside I still have an LS2 motor source for when I'm ready to get back to the car and everything will continue as planned!

Thanks guys! I'm eager to get back to this project in January lol. Would be nice if I can make a lil more money to speed things up too but we will see.

I'll get some more pics for you this weekend when I go to where the car is being stored. Only a couple hrs away at a friends house.

 

Any new news on the build? Or is it a dead project?
