The VQ (V6) Nissan / Infiniti engine is good to work on. Not the V8. No aftermarket support.

I own an E60 M5 and a GS460, there is no chance in a million years you can get a Lexus to drive like a BMW.
My advice, if you are loyal to Lexus, wait for the GSF, it should be out late 2011
