I sold the 19's to a forum member, though his post count is very low, so it doesn't look lik he's real active here...
The ride Q is very comparable. When I upgraded from the stock 18's to 19's, I thought it felt ALMOST the same, then upgrading from 19's to 20's, again, ALMOST the same. These Hankook V12's are QUIET too! Much more quiet then my Toyo Proxes 4 they replaced
