AC's GS 300 Build

All I have done so far is 30% tint, but I have the BC Coilovers waiting to go on when I get some time. Still deciding on wheels, but they will be 20 inch.

And just for fun, my old project car. 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS AWD Turbo with handling by Lotus. Greddy T67 upgrade, fully built engine, 3 inch exhaust, SDS engine management computer, etc...

I know I'm getting off topic, but here are some more of that car if you like it. Never dynoed it, but I estimate it had about 300 hp to the wheels at 18 psi. That was at a very conservative tune also. It had much more potential with the setup.

Looks good Jre. You back in Afghanistan yet? I'll be back in Iraq on Sunday, yeah for me!! You'll like the coils when you get them installed.

BC coilovers? I have never heard of that brand. They look exactly like my Tein CST set up

Yeah, I was very close to getting limo tint, but I didn't want to drive around with illegal tint. I almost got shot by accident by a cop when I was a teenager because he thought I was reaching for a weapon behind the tint. I actually was reaching for my insurance card. I was pleasantly surprised by the 30% tint. I don't think I would want it any darker. It's just right.

Yeah, I will probably install myself because I am so used to working on my own car. I feel dirty when someone else touches my car... unless it is a warranty issue. As you can see from my old project car, I like turning wrenches when I have time.

bc= buddy club, pretty well known brand, not as big as tein, but still a pretty big brand, they will look like most coilovers as they all will have the same basic design (a coil spring on a shock), just like all springs are going to look the same, minus height and color. the big difference in the bc from the others is that the entire coilover can be shortened through the bottom tube so you can change height without changing ride quality at all. apparently you can drop the car almost to the ground with these coilovers. im getting them because 1. its the only one out for the awd gs, and 2, they go much lower than all the others, and i like riding really low.
