the chrome shop is taking a while with my suspension parts, but i should get them back this coming tuesday.
wish i had money to blow on chroming parts of my car that will never be noticed by 90% of people. maybe do a full ceramic coated exhaust? a chrome oil pan? candy colored brake lines?
picked up the parts today and took a few quick pics. im gonna attempt to rebuild 1 tonight. i say attempt because i took these apart a year ago and dont really remember how the top hat assembly goes lol.

pics dont do the work justice. i think i had my cam set on auto focus which is why the chrome looks a little blurred.
That is sick...How you going to keep it from getting dirty? lol
umm.. i dunno lol. i thought about that a lot after i picked em up. i might use dupont's teflon spray wax. my friend used it on his wheels and all he had to do was spray water on them to get all the dirt off, no wiping or anything. theres that, or i can hold off on installing the bags till the car gets painted. but i dont really drive more than 5-6mi/day so i dunno.. we'll see..
Thats so VIP. Chrome shock bodies and hats are my ultimate favorite. I cant wait to see what you'll come up with next. Where did you get the bag brackets?
the kit comes with the bracket plates and some rings to weld on. i had the bottom ones welded and shaped so they would fit over and rest on the top perch.
