B-ver's Build Thread
Going to keep the stock tank, I like the way its between the rear wheels. Probably add a surge tank and a good external pump.
Yeah, I work on this thing pretty much everyday right now. I'm still doing regular jobs like installs and corner ballances, then get right back to work on my car.

I am really hoping that you make a WIDE assortment of SC suspension products besides the 2 on your website- for the public (Us)! What's nice it that whatever products you make for the SC, they will pretty much all bolt directly up for the MKIV Supra crowd as well!
I should be coming out with some new stuff.
I know its saturday, still have work to do.
Welded in the main 6 point

Then put the car on the rack, drained the gas tank, took out the brake lines and fuel lines, took out the gas tank, and getting it ready to send to the media blasters. Think I found a place to powder coat the chassis.

i would look into those fender/shock tower braces. if you put on bigger wheels and lower it a low it will be likely to rub. maybe its just the angle of the picture. i have been considering tubing my fronts. when you slam the front of the car the stock fender brace will rub.
take a pic of your brace from the side of the car. i wanna see the angle you used

Its about the same angle as the stock underfender brace thing. If the stock one rubs, I'll beable to just cut that part away. Those addons arent welded in yet so I'll take a look at how close things will be.
Updates....
Since the inside is getting coated, I needed to fill in the sunroof hole. Started off with some cold roll and cut it out to just a touch larger.

Then rolled it a few times to get some shape

Used as many magnets in the shop I could find and got the final fitment.

Then welded in

After all that, Got to taking off the rest of the parts like the windows and doors and such. Called up the media blasters and put the car on the back of a trailer. Here's what it looked like on its way out.

And the phone number is anyone needs it.

Should be there for a couple days. I got started on cleaning the suspension and subframes. Going to the machinist on sat to make some new parts. I'll get some after shots when the car comes back.

why didnt you do the sunroof fill before the cage went it. it would have been easier to work on it and not climb through a jungle gym of bars
btw why not tie the cage into the rear shock towers and only into all the way back of the frame?

The cage is far from being done. I just did the main section so far. I did the sunroof now because it needs to be blasted for the powdercoaters. I havent finished the cage because there will be so much sand to clean out of it that I didnt want to go around all the bars to get it out. I still need to make the rest of the block off plates and such before its rdy for the coaters.
keep up the good work. anxiously waiting to see the final result. but its fun to see the day to day changes.
Alex, Will battle version be selling or stocking and parts that you might make for you SC. Such as subframe spacers or some nicer suspension parts. I know you said you are using factory arms and I think derlin bushings, but what about traction arms and toe arms and tie rods and such.
