this car is sick, love it man. i plan on getting an srt stage 2.75(or bigger) turbo kit here in the near future. would like to have the srt stage 4 but thats a hella lot of $$$$

thnx i'm looking at doing a lip kit next but really need to do some more suspension stuff control arm bushings, sway, etc. Decisions, Decisions .


The turbo kit is alot of fun no one expects a lexus to be fast thats one of th things i like about it. They make a good kit the motor has been bullet proof the only real problem has been the tranny but if you a sprag upgrade that should help. Good luck on your future turbo kit

thanks for the advice on the tranny man. and yea you got a point everyone sees lexus and they see luxury, so to see a boosted is just crazy to some people, and to see that sleeper status is really nice. hoping to get that turbo within the next year i hope lol we will see, good to hear more and more people with turbo saying the 2jz is bulletproof, gives me the urge and want for that kit even more

what kinna power goals are you wanting? a cheaper option can be a used supercharger kit. YOu can usually get them for around 2-3k and 300-350whp

i kinda want around 450 to 500 rwhp, but realistically 300-350 is probably all i need lol. what kind of supercahrger do you recommend looking for if I do go that route?

There are a few, vortech, lms, borgwarner (rare) and it think toyomoto. There might be others just dpends on what pops up for sale. Keep an eye out on the forums here and over on my.is never know what might pop up.
