Default ceramic coating

hi Im trying to do this myself and I was wondering do you guys mask off the headlight and the window trims?

I don't. Just be mindful of where you put your hands and if you do touch the trim or headlights wipe it off quickly. I have a print of my palm on my rear windshield from the 1st time I ever did a ceramic coating because I didn't realize the coating was on the glove when I rested my hand on the glass.
