Default Best way to clean the FSport grille

Has anyone come up with a good way to wash and/or clean the FSport grille? I think I am looking at an hour job or longer if I need to clean those openings individually. Car wash sponge doesn't seem to do much to clean them. Thanks

What kind of sponge/cleaning tool do you used to get into the small opennings? I noticed that those are difficult to get in. Also, do you think Simple Green can hurt the paint? Thanks.

There is a thread on this every few months. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...ort-grill.html

Use a soft bristle brush to clean it really good and apply Carpro Hydro2.

A little too much of everything is bad. I just dilute 2-1 simple green with distilled water.

I use a microfiber towel

Thanks for all the tips. I guess there is no easy way out. I have an RX, and the grille is huge. It looks like an hour job if not more to clean it properly.

Foam cannon and a pressure washer. Easy peazy.

This is why I don't like Lexuses with the new grilles, not only they take so long to clean, but they are also ugly and atrocious...

Negative. I've "washed" more new Lexus than I can remember and just soaking the grilles with APC and blasting them with a pressure washer DOES NOT get them 100% clean. Nowhere close to it.

That's how you get a good amount of dirt off and bugs in the summer time, but you still need to physically agitate the grilles with various sized brushes to get them 100% clean. Not something people would do on every wash because it just takes too long.
