Not sure if this is OT but is this scratch something I need to be worried about ? What's the best / cheapest way to fix this? Thanks in advance

Doesn't look like it's anything that'll rust, but if it's a crack, it could potentially spread, depending on how much the location flexes/moves. I think your best bet to fix that is to take it to a body shop, have it sanded down, then resprayed. I'm sure others will have different suggestions, so don't take my word for it

How much attention you put into one spot doesn't really make a difference if the rest of the car looks like ****.. If its a scratch you can spot repair it to some extent but what you really should do is polish the whole panel.. If its a crack then repairing it will require the bumper to be sanded down completely, bonded together and sanded and primed/ painted
