That's what a BUFF job looks like at 95% of any detail or bodyshop that you go to in North America.

I am probably being generous with the 95%....it's more like 99.9%.

It's not a problem in the sense that it's not some permanent damage. Any kid with a DA and a finishing polish can remove those holograms in 2 hours. People panic way too much.

It doesn't need a correction. It just needs a proper finishing stage which if you've ever corrected a car, you know the finishing stage is like 10-20% of the work of the actual correction job. Unless you're talking about some finicky jet black or sticky paint, the finishing stage does not take long to do at all if you know what you're doing.

The real problem, is that the guy that buffed that Lexus most likely did not correct jack sht on that car and just ran a quick wool pad over it to shine it up. So the car NEEDS a paint correction because the paint was not corrected to begin with, but it DOES NOT need a paint correction to fix their holograms. Do you understand?
