Default Swirl Finder Light

Any thoughts on a Flex swirl finder light. It's only $40 which makes me think it won't be as accurate as I would like.

Thanks!

Is it an LED? I'm using a snap on flood/work garage LED and I think it's awesome. Has adjustable output btw so you can find the sweet spot for whatever job you do, it's also cheap at costco.

We used cheap LED flashlights from amazon that have a higher light output than the flex or rupes lights, and for a fraction of the cost (

). The lights have a "zoomable" light pattern, which is very useful, as well as various output levels. They also use lithium ion rechargeable batteries... not AA or AAA batteries... which is a big step up.

**We beat these things up!!! and we have never had one fail on us. They get dropped, kicked, stepped on, accidentally run over, etc. Never had one go bad.
