Default Black rubber trim scuffed by vinyl installer. How to remove?

Just as the title says, my black rubber trim around the chrome window trim was scuffed as the vinyl installer laid down the black around the chrome. Now I'm stuck with some ugly scratches. I tried to rub it out with no luck. Any products out there which would remove the scuffs?

You're not getting those out. You can try a rubber/plastic coating like this:

But that will just darken the area making the scuffs less obvious. It will need to be reapplied every couple months depending on the climate and how much sun exposure the vehicle gets.
