Default Wheel weight adhesive

After going through a few sets of tires on the rear of my GS350, the backing/ adhesive from the weights is visible from re-balancing of the new tires. What is the easiest way to get it off?

I just removed some from a customer's wheels last night... it is not the most fun thing to do.

I start by using my finger to rub and peel off as much of the foam material as possible so there is only a thin layer of adhesive residue remaining. Once you get to that point, I spray stoner tarminator onto the adhesive and let it dwell. The adhesive residue then wipes away relatively easily.
