Water Spotting on Black Vehicle

Whats the best thing or product you guys have found that removes water spotting on black clear coated paint besides preventing them in the first place. Appreciate the replies and help.

Machine polisher and some form of polish. Compound/sanding might be needed if they are really deep.

You can try Carpro Spotless which is a hand applied product, but would not be strong enough if the paint is completely etched through.

i would try optimum MDR first... if that does not work then i would do what ^ he said.

Sounds good, these are pretty recent and not very deep at all. I do have orbital but wanted to wait till spring to do a complete detail. I'll look into these products. Thanks

Thanks Zach for the bottom 2 links, the "click here" link returns nothing. I'm aware of the search engine also but sometimes that material is dated and there are newer products out as suggested by the above posters. Thanks and keep up the good work on here.

Weird.. the "click here" link worked when I first posted.... it was just a search for threads with "water" in the title. Plenty of good ones about water spots that are pretty recent.
