Haven't been detailed in 5 years! Honda Prelude
Good detailers are hard to come by! I had a good detailer a couple of years ago but he left the industry. I decided to sell this car but not before a detail!
I was going to attempt to do it myself but found a good deal online. It would've been good practice but I don't have the time! Usually those deals are crap but this one was pretty good! The car felt like sandpaper and left feeling smooth! They're an Eco company and probably used ONR. They're also a Cquartz Finest and Opti Coat installer I might use for the 3is! He gave me a lot of info, think we talked for a hr about coating! Overrall not flawless but not bad for an exterior detail with light polishing. Made the 16 year old paint come back alive! *camera phone sucks https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...1af3331e7e.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...5af5a794df.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...c9ade9d1c4.jpg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...bae5552208.jpg https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...77a14d5781.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...4f1f837246.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...b2bf4662e5.jpg |
looks pretty good.. do u have any before pics? how much did he charge?
|
They usually charge $125 for the first level exterior detail but groupon was for $59 with headlight polish! I got it even cheaper with a coupon! I thought they would cut corners but it's a pretty decent job for the money. Eco detail in San Diego. Their sister company Lux does coatings!!
https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...ec559a7905.jpg Pretty bad. The clay helped a lot! https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...77b660d180.jpg Stains https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...0a28636693.jpg Dusty https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...a083f983ee.jpg Can't tell but it was horrible! |

The PC is a good tool too. -Zach |
GG worked great. I recently purchased it, pair it with the right pad and polishes, I was able to transformed a 13 year old Camry that has never been washed nor detailed into a like-new car. Ah, it is also my very 1st time doing machine polish so yeah it is very user friendly and easy to learn.
If you get the GG, get the 25 feet cord one (not the 10 feet one), you will regret if you don't. |
You can do my car next, thanks! Jk are you going to do Cquartz uk next?
