CPO Lexus with peeling/cracking/fake leather
What do you think happened here? My recently purchased CPO Lexus is peeling apart.
UPDATE: Lexus has agreed to replace the major areas of concern by completely replacing the damaged leather! Now that's the Lexus we know & love!

I visited Lexus today and 2 of the 3 areas will be entirely replaced with new leather! They didn't think the 3rd area needed to be replaced, but they agreed to revisit my concern if the leather further changes its condition in reasonable time. This wasn't the greatest experience, but I'm thankful they are standing behind their CPO warranty!
