Default Touch up paint Help!!

So found a tiny scratch on my rear bumper that I just cant take my eye off, so would really like some opinion on what is the best touch up paint to buy? I've done some research and there's a few options. I have a starfire pearl paint job on my 08 is250, would love some help and advice on which touch up paint to buy from any of you on CL that have used touch up paint before.... much thanks CL

Picture of the damaged area?

Can you tell if it is through the paint and down to the plastic substrate? If so, it will need touch up (or full repaint).
